Over the past ten years, I have built a strong, lean body while finishing a double degree in mechanical engineering and chemistry, travelling to more than 40 countries, moving overseas to work at Bugatti, relocating back to Australia into a new city, and building a software company in my spare time.

I did not achieve this because my schedule was easy or my stress was low.
